Limited Warranty Coverage

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in material or workmanship, Sykik/TechPlay (referred to as “warrantor”) will, for the length one year (360 days), which starts with the date of original purchase (“warranty period”), at its option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished equivalent value product. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor.

During the warranty period there will be no charge for labor or parts. Customer must send the defective unit along with a copy of purchasing invoice, note explaining the defect and return address to :

If the item is purchased over 180 days and under 360 days, customer is responsible for any shipping charges to, and from warranty center location. If item is purchased under 180 days, Warranty center will ship the repair item back at no charge.

This limited warranty excludes both parts and labor for any batteries, antennas, and cosmetic parts (cabinet).
