E-Appeal, Sykik and TechPlay products comes with limited warranty against defect. Warranty period varies from product to products, Please consult your manual. To receive service during the warrenty period, please fill service request form (donwload) and send it with your merchandise.
Returns & Replacement
All items will be replaced
  • if damaged as result of improper packing or
  • if not functioning (dead on arrival)
will be replaced.
